What are the costs? Where do your donations go?

The cost of organizing a health camp typically ranges from $400 to $2,400, depending on the location, length of camp and the specialists involved, such as gynecologists, dentists, and ophthalmologists.

All donations to the Embrace Nepal Foundation are allocated to covering the costs of medications, dental supplies, equipment (such as glucometers, EKGs, and ultrasounds), transportation and fuel for reaching the health camp locations, and the fees for medical specialists. For locations that require more than a day of travel, donations also cover accommodation and food expenses for the team before and after the camp.

Your donations directly support the provision of essential healthcare to the Nepali people. Our board members and the members of our sister foundation in Nepal do not receive any salaries. Additionally, we ensure that no funds are allocated to the government or intermediaries.
